Hayden was an absolute life saver. He was able to diagnose why my car was not starting and got it started! He saved me and the insurance company a lot of money not having to tow the vehicle!

Though I didn’t end up using their services the dispatcher was an amazing help. She provided me with all the information I needed and was extremely polite. I’ve never been on this side of town before but if I’m stuck again I know who to call

Not the call I wanted to make today, but I had to. My car needed to be towed from Fort Worth back to a shop in Granbury. I was parked in a terrible parking lot at work (very busy and a tight space) and Ian came to the rescue. He was so incredibly kind and professional. ETA said an hour and Ian was there in 30 minutes! Craig went above and beyond to help me tow my car home. I am amazed and thankful for all the work he did ! He pushed my car down from the 4th floor in the parking garage to the street so he would be able to load my car unto the flatbed. Parking garage only had 6 ft 9 inches of height and tow truck was too big, so he did what he had to do to get my car home. The first company that was dispatched to me came and said that the tow truck was too big and left, after I waited 3 hours for them !!! So thank you so much ❤️ Craig. You are an angel in disguise. Great service and great people.

Service was good and right on time. I was in a tough situation when my truck stop in lake worth coming through Spring town headed near Allen, Tx. Craig called me and was on time and ready to hook up and roll. Very nice truck and he made sure we made it to our destination. He also offered us a ride but we had already arranged to follow him. Allstate Roadside Assistance sent out SILVERSTAR to tow my vehicle. Excellent service! Craig was personable, courteous, and professional! If I can choose a wrecker service in the future, I will definitely choose this company.

Craig and Stuart were great. They helped me tow my boat still on the trailer from the lake back to home. Highly recommend.

Needed a tow at 1am in the morning. Stuart arrived in a timely manner and hooked up the truck real quick. He was very careful and considerate of our bumper that is very very low to the ground. Hope to never have a tow again, But if that shall happen we will call this company first!

I went there to pick up a car and had the pleasure of speaking with all 4 of the people that were working. The ENTIRE staff there is amazing. They ALL seem to go out their way to help. This is REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, I enjoyed it so much I'd be willing to pay extra to have them tow me from another state. Thank You so much for making a somewhat stressful situation seem not so bad.
